Why ACS – Chicago?

We have one of the largest concentration of technology, innovation and startups, and hub of Fortune 100 Companies and cross-industry corporations. This city is a fertile ground for the development and growth of all professionals on the field. 

Our Open Space setting will offer participants the opportunity to join the conversation on over 30 open topics. Attendees can teach something, validate their skills, share their successes and challenges, gain valuable expertise from others and get insights from other professionals on the space. In our OSx setting you can lead a session, join the discussion or attend our various clinics and workshops. 

What you can expect from the event?

This year we have added speakers to our agenda, and partnered with sponsors to offer our attendees not just Agile knowledge but invaluable personal development and professional coaching career. 

During our Open Space, we will create the spaces for different type of sessions, clinics for people who seek expert advice, workshops and open panel discussions to further enhance the learning experience during the whole event.

What will you learn?

On Saturday and Sunday, attendees will hear from participants or even share their experiences, network and learn about topics impacting Agile in the industry and our Coaching Profession as a whole. Attendees will learn how to implement practices, identify and rectify coaching good/bad practices, anti-patterns, adoption of lean/start up practices, manage change, tips and tricks for using various frameworks, theories and trends, sharing stories of successes and failures.
