Roadmaps can be Agile! Product roadmaps communicate the vision to your clients and prospects; while helping your business set a course for success across organizations and teams. I’m no fan of 3-5 year plans, instead build up short term 6-12 m plans. These can drive consensus amongst stakeholders, help teams focus on what’s important and set priorities as work split across teams.
